Yee sang, known as raw fish salad. It usually consists of strips of raw fish, mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments. This dish wouldn't be counted out by my family every year as this dish carries the immense value of unity, it was the Chinese's believes. so lazy to continue
